Each field read from the supplier invoice has a confidence score. Anything below the threshold (80% in the demo) waits for a person to check before approval, and payments above a set amount (MYR 5,000 in the demo) need a high-value approver.

What is Pulse?
Pulse is an AI operations platform for small and medium businesses, made by Avantix Innovation Sdn. Bhd. in Penang, Malaysia. It puts sales, customer service, procurement, inventory, logistics, finance, HR, IT and management on the same data, with an AI assistant that drafts, checks and explains while people approve every important action.
Is Pulse available today?
Pulse is in early access. It runs today as a fully working demo with sample companies and sample data, with every department checked end to end, which we walk you through live. Message us on WhatsApp to book a demo and talk about using it in your business.
How do I start with Pulse?
Message us on WhatsApp to book a live demo. If Pulse fits, we send a written proposal with the departments, number of users and setup work before anything starts. Pulse runs in a web browser and on phones, so your team needs no special computers.
Can I ask Pulse questions about my business?
Yes. Ask in plain words, such as "Which invoices are overdue?" or "Any low stock?", and Pulse answers from today's records in your company, citing the record behind each figure. It covers everyday figures (invoices, quotes and leads, tickets, stock, deliveries, new starters, IT incidents and approvals) rather than open-ended analysis, and you only see what your role allows.
Can the AI act on its own?
No. Every AI action has a level: suggest, draft, or act only after a person approves. The company default is draft. Anything that sends a message, moves money or touches HR needs a person to preview and approve it, payments above a set amount need a senior approver, and deletes and security changes stay at suggest. A fourth level, act and notify, is switched off in this version. The AI can never delete records or change roles, permissions or passwords.
Do I have to use all nine departments?
No. Modules are switched on per company. A business can start with management, sales and customer service, then add procurement, inventory and finance, and later logistics, HR and IT.
Is my company's data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Each company's records are separated inside the database itself (row-level security), and the AI only ever sees data from the company and modules the signed-in person is allowed to use.
Does every employee see all the company's figures?
No. Everyone sees only what their role allows, on every screen and in every AI answer. Managers, admins and viewers see every department the company has switched on; staff see only the departments they are assigned to, on the dashboard, in the daily briefing and in the assistant's answers.
Which AI does Pulse use?
Pulse is built to use Anthropic's Claude models through the official API, but live AI has not yet been run with a real API key; the demo uses scripted answers. Once switched on, live AI is off for each company until it opts in, has a daily budget and a pause switch, and finance, HR and customer data stay out of it until a data policy is agreed.
Does Pulse connect to WhatsApp, email and our accounting or ERP system?
Pulse is designed to connect to WhatsApp, email, billing, sign-in and ERP systems. In the current demo these connections are simulated, so you can see the full flow; connecting your own systems is part of a project with us.
Is Pulse an ERP?
No. Pulse is an AI workspace for the daily work around your business systems: enquiries, quotes, purchasing, stock movements, deliveries, invoices, leave and IT requests. It is designed to read and update an ERP or accounting system rather than replace it.
How much does Pulse cost?
There is no public price yet. Pulse comes in three module bundles (Starter, Growth and Scale), and early-access pricing is discussed after a demo, based on the modules and number of users you need.
